Advancing Scalable, Domestic Oil Resources

Advancing Scalable, Domestic Oil ResourcesAdvancing Scalable, Domestic Oil ResourcesAdvancing Scalable, Domestic Oil Resources

PureWave Energy is advancing a low-risk, Conventional Oil Production project targeting the Woodbine formation in Texas.

Production Legacy: Woodbine Formation.....a Proven Oil Field

Historical Success:

In 1926, Transcontinental Oil discovered the Rosson Farm oil trap in Limestone County, Texas. The initial well flowed 2,800 BOPD, with a 171-acre trap producing ~2.9 million barrels in 5 years - without fracking.

❖

Geological Continuity:

Production follows from a west-dipping fault trend, extending from the Rosson Farm to Mt. Calm. Similar fault-trapped oil exists in the Woodbine Sands, Austin Chalk and Buda formations.

❖

Modern Interpretation:

An aerial geophysical study confirms the potential for multi-undrilled traps and faulted zones. Imaging 2D processing shows productive fracture systems in the Austin Chalk, Buda and Woodbine structures/thickness consistent with Rosson Farm.

❖

Proven Productivity:

Austin Chalk at Mt. Calm produced ~120,000+ barrels from 10 acres. Lateral drilling

will allow for much larger drainage areas across multiple zones.

❖

Targeted Development:

PureWave to drill an initial 3 (Oil) wells (Phase 1) - 3 Woodbine Sand targets and

test the Austin Chalk and Buda formations (multi-zone potential).

The Woodbine, Most Productive Formation in Limestone County

 Rosson Farm Field

  • Area Produced 171 acres
  • Depth <3,000 feet
  • Discovery Well Flowed 2,800 BOPD; Peak Production Rate 22,000 BOPD; Produced ~2.98 Million Barrels in <5 years

Mexia Oil Field

  • Area Produced 3,000+/- acres
  • Depth 3,000 +/- feet
  • Discovery Well Flowed > 2,000 BOPD
  • Produced >100 Million Barrels in 20+ years

 Wortham Oil Field

  • Area Produced 1,100 +/- acres
  • Depth <3,000 feet
  • Discovery Well Flowed >1,000 BOPD
  • Produced >30 Million Barrels in ~20 years

Data that Defines the Woodbine Development Project

   Phase I:

  • Initial Development is to drill and complete the initial three (3) Woodbine oil wells to a total depth (TD) of 50’ below the bottom hole formation (Budda formation) and designed to confirm reservoir productivity and establish baseline production metrics.
  • Regulatory, permitting, and field supervision costs.
  • Drilling, completion, and equipping of 3 wells.
  • Lease operating equipment and surface facilities.
  • Initial production tie-in and flowback.

Objective: Establish early production, validate development model, and generate initial cash flow.

Extensive geological and geophysical data have been analyzed to delineate the Woodbine Fairway with high confidence:

  1. 75 miles of 2D seismic data
  2. 50 square miles of 3D seismic coverage
  3. 50+ well records analyzed for structural and stratigraphic control
  4. Four adjacent field reports confirming productive analogs
  5. Magnetic and telluric surveys validating the continuity of the Woodbine Fairway
  6. The “A” Halbouty well, located 800’ east of the fairway, demonstrates well-developed sand intervals
  7. The “A’” Shell well, positioned west of the fairway, confirms strong sand development
  8. Oil production observed above and below the fairway, indicating an active migration pathway
