Greg Boyles - Managing Director & CEO, New Horizon Global, Inc.
Veteran oil & gas exploration and production executive recognized for pioneering horizontal drilling and completion practices. Began career at Penn Central RR (1974–1980) before acquiring Stouffer Oil and founding New Horizon Exploration in 1985. Developed fields across Texas, Colorado, North Dakota, California, and Trinidad—where New Horizon drilled 110 wells under a JV with Petrotrin. Holds two patents in AI-based production optimization and artificial lift technology.

Strategies” in natural resource monetization. Former Minister of Energy, Trinidad & Tobago (2002–2005) and geoscientist with Petrotrin. Brings global expertise in exploration strategy, resource development, and government relations. Collaborating with Greg Boyles since 2023 on Texas and international projects.
Wayne Knappick - Surveying & Drilling Supervision
Texas A&M University graduate (BS, Cum Laude, 1978) with 40+ years in drilling, production, and subsurface surveying. Co-developed magnetic telluric exploration technology (Pinemont Method) that defined major fields in SE Kansas and led to 400+ producing wells. Joined New Horizon in 2023 to lead shallow Woodbine trap development in Texas, leveraging extensive technical and field experience.
